Mexico Grand Cru

San Pedro Yosotatu is a small but deeply rooted coffee-growing community in the Mixteca region of Mexico’s Tlaxiaco district. Perched between 1,700 and 1,900 meters above sea level, this high-elevation landscape continues to produce coffees of remarkable clarity and depth.

Now in our second year working with the same group of 40 families and neighbors, this coffee reflects not only exceptional growing conditions, but the consistency and care of a community committed to their craft year after year. We’re honored to bring this harvest back to our roastery and share it once again as part of our Grand Cru offering.

In the cup, expect rich chocolate ganache layered with juicy fruit notes, all carried by a smooth body. This coffee is a clear expression of place, people, and practice; a testament to the dedication of the San Pedro Yosotatu community and a standout on this year’s Grand Cru menu.
