The Good Coffee roasting team is eager to release a Grand Cru coffee out of Oaxaca, Mexico. San Pedro Yosotatu is a 4.5 hour drive from Oaxaca and sits at 1700-1900 meters above sea level in the Mixteca Region of the Tlaxiaco District. Producers in this area oversee 1-2 hectares (roughly 2-5 acre) farms lined with ice cream bean trees and pines which provide adequate shade for coffee plants and also provide additional benefits such as food and water retention.

The Reserva Yosotatu lot was processed as a fully washed coffee in wooden tanks with an 18-24 hour fermentation and had a drying process of 8-10 days.

The green coffee smells vibrant and sweet. After roast this coffee tastes like walnut butter, pomegranate, and plum. We think you're going to love the Yosotatu Reserva and we truly hope you enjoy it!
