What we like about this coffee: Introducing our latest release from Rako, a small community nestled in Ethiopia’s high-altitude Gedeo Zone. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Kochere region and carefully processed at the Rako washing station, this coffee captures the heart of Ethiopia’s rich coffee tradition. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with notes of honey and lemongrass and a smooth, rounded body. Bright, refined, and full of character, this is a remarkable coffee.
