Grown high in the mountains of Nariño, this lot from La Victoria delivers comforting notes of milk chocolate and salted caramel with a smooth body. Carefully fermented in wood tanks and dried slowly on raised beds, it reflects the precision and care of the smallholder producers who cultivate it
