We are thrilled to present our newest coffee, sourced from a region steeped in coffee-growing tradition. Illimani, a community of coffee-growing families in Caranavi, Bolivia, embodies the deep-rooted coffee culture of the area. This culture, rich in honor and pride for their craft, has produced this remarkable coffee with notes of rich toffee and perfectly dried fruit, all delivered in a coffee that drinks incredibly smooth. We are honored to roast this coffee from the Illimani community and can't wait for you to try it.
