What we like about this coffee: With high elevation, diverse microclimates, lovely soil and delicious coffee varietals, the coffee we've sourced from Cajamarca over the years has become a special piece of our menu every winter / spring. This lot from producer Norberto Chasquero Ocana represents everything we want in a Peruvian microlot - rich sweetness, candied nuts and a vibrancy all delivered with smooth body in the cup. This coffee represents why Peru has become such a special piece of  the super premium coffee landscape over the last decade. Enjoy!
