What we like about this coffee: We have been buying and roasting coffee from Asorcafe for years, and there is something incredibly special about these coffees. The mixture of sweetness, dense body, richness and spritz coming from Asorcafe's coffee is truly a pleasure to experience. This year's harvest of San Antonio did not disappoint. The perfect mix of both fruit and chocolate inherent to this San Antonio lot will be something we'll be dreaming of long after we've roasted the last of it!
